Overview
Situated in the Lat Krabang district, known for its blend of urban development and rural charm, SBS Bangkok is the fourth school of the Arthit Ourairat Institution and offers an international education to students from 2-18 years. The school is designed by award winning architects to the highest environmental standards. The campus is self-contained with cutting-edge facilities designed to nurture and challenge the minds of our future-focussed students.
We are proudly a non-selective school and firmly believe that all students have the capacity and opportunity to achieve great things. Teaching and learning throughout the school is modelled on a British curriculum, and is recognised as the gold standard international programme of its kind. We place a strong emphasis on multilingualism to prepare students for a global future, and foster fluency in two or more languages (English, Thai, and Mandarin Chinese)

Curriculum
Our pioneering Cambridge Curriculum pathway is unique in Bangkok. Students enjoy seamless transition between phases to experience a learning programme known for its rigour and results as well as its holistic approach.
Pre- School (Tiger Cubs)
Our preschool Tiger Cubs programme is specifically tailored for children aged 12 months to 2 years. Designed as an enriching ‘playgroup’ experience our toddlers and babies can thrive in an environment created to foster growth and discovery. Our classes serve as a vital bridge in transitioning from home to school, and supports entry into our mainstream toddler programme.
A variety of activities develop children’s natural curiosity to learn more and to flourish in a safe and nurturing environment. At SBS Bangkok Preschool, we passionately embrace the basic right of all children – to play!
Our Tiger Cubs programme focuses on the development of the HEAD; HEART and HANDS in a structured learning environment.
Early Years Foundation Experience
Imagine a vibrant, child-centred classroom where learning is a natural extension of play. This is what a truly sophisticated Early Years learning experience looks like at SBS Bangkok. Primary School
Our Primary School builds on the primary experience, and equips students with the essential skills and knowledge required for future success. Using an inquiry-based and highly personalised model, learning fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving, whilst promoting language development and communication skills.
Our class teachers teach the majority of the subjects whilst specialist teachers (e.g. in Information Technology; Maker Space; Art; Music; Physical Education) further enrich the programme to provide a truly holistic learning experience. There is a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy as a foundation for integrated work across traditional subjects.
Learning reflects our culture, context and school ethos. Social and emotional learning is a key focus where students develop self-management, communication, and collaboration skills, as they begin to understand the world and their place within it. We are proud of our internationally minded students who have a cultural awareness, and an appreciation for diversity. By the end of Primary School our children have a strong foundation for a smooth transition to Secondary School life.
Secondary School
