Jason brings over 20 years of experience in education and holds a Master’s in Education and Innovation. As CEdO and Deputy to the CEO, he provides strategic and professional leadership to deliver the vision, ethos, and strategy required to ensure outstanding education for all pupils.

Jason is collaborative by nature and works closely with senior leaders, governing committees, and cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and evaluate programmes that advance academic success, student well-being, and equitable access. He upholds the AOI values through visible leadership, modelling best practice, and guiding high standards across all schools.

With proven ability to navigate complex and uncertain contexts, Jason identifies patterns, clarifies priorities, and translates ambiguity into clear direction. Alongside the CEO, he leads on teaching and learning standards, school improvement, and quality assurance, while promoting AOI in the wider community.
